Second Collection

Dear all, I know its been a while but I have managed to source some new materials and inspiration for the second run. This new range, titled "Fun for Measures" features adjustable straps from long to short so its give you the flexibility to swap from casual to classy glam - its the way you hold the bags! This I have learnt for sure :)

Say hello to the first ever Denim Alice!! :)

And secondly, here's a design thats out of the box, but very close to my heart.
Well, its certainly a bad that makes people smile, doesn't it?

Here's to the end of our winter season.... time to work on summer bags!!

Let me know what you think of the above designs. Soon I will be selling my prototypes so I will be open to offers.

In the meantime, have a lovely weekend ahead!

First Collection

A very happy new year to all - here's a sneak peak of the bags that I have been working on. It's worth rummaging through my closet for random pins, ribbons, brooches etc - say hello to the prototypes!!

I have a professional SLR-esque cam to take these pics - but I am on the hunt for a model to improvise some arty pics with the bags. As soon as I can get hold of better photos as publicity stills they will be posted first thing here.

Again, check back soon!

Introduction - Welcome to Alice!

I have over 100 bags in my current collection. Trust me, they are all great bags - from Prada to Furla to Pimkie - all which turn heads, screams loud: sexy, envy, trendy.. however you describe them. Just like most girls, I buy a lot of handbags, I buy them at all price range. If a bag calls out to me from the racks - it is going home with me.

The whole concept of Alice is a manifestation of my creativity. When you look at 100s of bags from fashion magazines daily - there is a subconscious desire to create unique designs that feeds off the brainchild of multiple designs. When you see something nice, you ask yourself; It's nice but can I afford this? Is it practical? Will it withstand public transport? - buying a bag is equivalent to buying an evening dress. You want to look nice, feel comfortable and stand out. You want to be praised and to be remembered for the right reasons:- you do not want to run into someone else with the same dress. (been there done that)

The first collection from Alice is a set of four quilted shoulder bags with individual designs. This is a Beta test: there is only one of each which i have customized brooches and ribbons according to the base color. It's craftsmanship that matters; I tend to buy bags with great potential for customization.

Please post questions on the comments section. Photos will be available soon hence, please check back in a week.

Enjoy this wonderful weekend!
Love
Lyn xoxo
